Processing your order, manufacturing the products, and delivery require a timeframe of 10 to 30 business days from our team.

Worldwide Delivery:
We offer FREE worldwide shipping with no minimum purchase required. You have access to your parcel’s tracking number, or you can contact our customer service for more information on delivery tracking.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and on Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm. (SWITZERLAND CLOCK)

You have access to a lost parcel guarantee, parcel theft, and parcel breakage.

You have access to your parcel’s tracking number, or you can contact our customer service for more information on delivery tracking. Delivery timeframe is 20 to 30 days.

To ensure delivery under the best conditions, we partner with various transport companies (GLS, Mondial Relay, DPD, Colis Privé). They are chosen based on the quantity or type of products you have purchased and the destination to which they are shipped.

Once the parcel is sent, only the transport company is responsible.

RETURNS


At PetitPlaisirCraquant™, our priority is your complete satisfaction! That’s why all our products sold come with a “satisfied or refunded” clause for 30 days from the date you receive your parcel. Beyond these deadlines, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We decline all responsibility in cases of:

Parcel theft from mailboxes.
Parcel drop-off at neighbors or in front of the customer’s door when they are not present at home.
NO REFUND will be made in case of incorrect entry of your delivery information during your order placement.

So, please check the name, first name, and delivery address BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER.

Where should I return my item?

Before any return, you must send us an email at [email protected] with your contact details and your order number. Your request will be processed as soon as possible, and the return procedure will be communicated to you by email.

Products must be returned properly protected to avoid any damage during transport. It must also include the order form.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer; otherwise, no refund will be made.

Are return costs covered?
You will need to pay for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. You may choose the delivery service you prefer. However, we recommend choosing one that allows parcel tracking, such as “Colissimo”.

REFUND


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period.

Late or missing refunds.
There is a processing time before a refund is posted and appears on your bank account, depending on the country where your bank is located.

For our French customers, if you have not received your refund after 5 days, we advise you to contact your bank.
